- Example 1: medical certificate, doctor’s note, or other equivalent medical records indicating diseases or their aftereffects caused by the physical or psychological damage from the Disaster
- Example 2: documents proving economic harm caused by the Disaster, such as sales records on the POS system, card sales including VAN sales, certificate of VAT tax base (decline in sales), tax invoices, sales ledger, proof of business suspension or closure, unemployment certification documents, wage payment records, etc.
