Digital Government Cooperation Center

Project Overview

  • The Digital Government Cooperation Center project involves dispatching Korean experts to partner countries to collaboratively operate local offices with host governments. These centers deliver consulting on digital government, implement pilot projects, and support capacity building for civil servants
  • The initiative aims to:
  • ① Support the advancement of digital government systems in partner countries
  • ② Identify opportunities for cooperation aligned with both grant-based and concessional Official Development Assistance (ODA)
  • ③ Expand global market opportunities for Korean digital government solution providers

Main Goals

  • Position the cooperation centers as key overseas platforms for Korea’s digital government outreach, thereby reinforcing the export base
  • Develop and implement tailored support and structured project planning to help close the digital divide between nations

Digital Nations Activities

Project Overview

  • Established in 2014 through the joint initiative of Korea and the United Kingdom, this ministerial-level platform aims to take a leading role in advancing digital government within the international community.
  • It seeks to promote the continuous development of digital government by facilitating the exchange and study of related policies and best practices, as well as by identifying future directions for progress.

Main Activities
