Director-General Kim Sung Lyul of the Personnel Policy Bureau met with District Commissioner Stanley Haule Kolimba of the Prime Minister's Office-Regional Administration and Local Government of Tanzania on October 12, 2010 and discussed ways to promote bilateral cooperation in personnel management and senior civil service system.
