  MOPAS-Kazakhstan Civil Service Agency Cooperation MOU

Minister Maeng, Hyung Kyu met with Alikhan Baimenov, Chairman of Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 4, 2012 and exchanged views to promote cooperation in civil service. A cooperation MOU in civil service was signed to further strengthen bilateral relations.
