Vice Minister Byung-Kyu Kang met with Hope Mwesigye, Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries of Uganda on June 1, 2010 and discussed cooperative issues on community development and Korea's Saemaul Undong (The New Village Movement).
