Andong International Maskdance Festival

The Andong region has many highly renowned historic and cultural sites, such as Hahoe Village, however the major cultural attraction of the region is the Andong International Mask Dance Festival. Visitors to the festival will enjoy the many performances of Korea’s traditional mask dances.
<strong>· Date</strong> : Sep. 24, 2010 - Oct. 03, 2010
<strong>· Venue</strong>: Gyeongsangbuk-do Andong-si
<strong>· Transportation</strong>: To get to Andong, take the train from Cheongnyangni Station (6:00am ~ 9:00pm, departs every 2 or 3 hr) or the bus from Dong Seoul Terminal (6:00am ~ 11:00pm, departs every 20 min/ est. travel time 2hr 50min). To get to the festival grounds, take a taxi; it should take about 5 to 10 minutes and cost the basic fare. Alternatively, visitors can walk to the festival grounds, which should take 15 minutes.
