Minister Jeon Hae-cheol delivers a video congratulatory speech at the LOGODI Global Forum 2021, which is held virtually on Oct. 26 under the theme of "New Strategies for Local Government Officials Training in the New Normal Era." The forum is joined by 13 heads of government official training institutes from countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and 80 participants from 17 countries including foreign public officials who completed LOGODI's foreign public official training course and local government officials at home.
