○ Introduction
With a desire to contribute to the development of public administration worldwide by sharing Korea’s experience in the development and innovation of public administration with the international community, the Korean government has published the Cases of Good Governance in Korea.
This publication introduces not only 18 outstanding administrative services of government agencies and local governments in Korea but also Korea’s response to COVID-19. In addition, the booklet shares the difficulties, solutions and the success factors of the implementation process of each service to provide substantive assistance to partner countries that wish to introduce or are already pursuing similar policies and services. We hope this booklet helps enhance the quality of life for citizens and realize sustainable development all across the globe.
