Integrated Emergency Telephone Number Service

In view of facilitating the public’s reporting of emergencies and enabling quick response by relevant organizations, the various emergency telephone numbers were integrated into just three numbers, which are 112 and 119 for emergencies, and 110 for public service (as of Oct. 2016). Simply remembering these three numbers allows people to make emergency calls, as well as to submit public service requests for malfunctions, noise, or other daily inconveniences and to get feedback on solutions.
